Basrur Online

Dear Friends,
I'm proud to say I'm a Basrurian. Basrur is my birth place and also I enjoyed my best days of my life in Basrur with my friends. I can't forget the days when I used to eat Akrut and Ice candy at the market. The test of akrut is in comparable even with best of the swiss chocolates.
The days spend at Basrur High school more in the play ground then in the class room still lingers in my mind. The masala dosa with coconut chutney in Upadyas hotel still makes the Mcdonald look clumsy. The breez of coconut trees near Varahi river can't be taken away by the so called automatic air conditioners.

Friends! please do write about our Basrur, the most happening place in our life. pl. do write your experience about Basrur.

Regards,

Nobby

Hi I born and brought up in Basrur. Its worth living in Basrur. So calm and peaceful.People are very innocent. We have good transport facility, good heritage temples, churches and mosque.River varahi flows near to my village. Its wonderful to spend evening in the banks of Varahi.I still remember the evenings spend in Government high school ground with my friends by chatting and playing. simply speaking its Joggers paradise.Presently i live in Middle east and i miss Basrur's wonderful and natural life.I appeal all Basrurions to become like minded and do some thing good for the village.
